Bio
Ms. Rayas has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, administration and office management. At Ex Novo, Inc. Ms. Rayas is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, cash management, annual budgets, taxes, and risk management. She also works directly with project managers and staff regarding financial management and reporting on all projects. Lastly, she oversees the company’s employee benefits programs, company policies and career placement and development for all employees.
